Ingredients:

2¼ cups all-purpose flour

1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup SayGhee Original Ghee

1 cup granulated sugar

1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line baking sheets.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1 cup of SayGhee Original Ghee, pumpkin, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto prepared baking sheets using a rounded tablespoon.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- While cookies cool, prepare the glaze: whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and let set before serving.
