Warm Ghee & Herb Whipped Ricotta Dip

Protein-rich, probiotic-friendly, and deeply satisfying — creamy ricotta meets warm focaccia, with herbaceous ghee for richness without heaviness.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (minced)
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or finely chopped
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: drizzle of raw honey or sprinkle of chili flakes

 

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, melt ghee and sauté garlic and herbs until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
  2. Whip ricotta with lemon zest, salt, and pepper until fluffy.
  3. Fold in warm herb-ghee mixture.
  4. Serve warm or at room temp with focaccia.
