Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (minced)
- 1 garlic clove, grated or finely chopped
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: drizzle of raw honey or sprinkle of chili flakes
Instructions:
