Ghee Energy Bites

 

These Ghee Energy Bites are crunchy, chewy, and packed with nourishing ingredients. A no-bake treat to fuel your morning, power your workout, or satisfy that mid-afternoon snack craving.

Ingredients (Makes ~20 bites):

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup rice krispies

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup cacao nibs

  • ⅔ cup honey or agave

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp SayGhee Original Ghee (melted slightly)


Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, rice krispies, flaxseed, and cacao nibs.

  2. In a separate small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm the almond butter, SayGhee, honey/agave, and vanilla until smooth and easy to stir.

  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined and sticky.

  4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1–2 tablespoons each).

  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (or freeze for longer).

Optional: Roll in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, or drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
