These Ghee Energy Bites are crunchy, chewy, and packed with nourishing ingredients. A no-bake treat to fuel your morning, power your workout, or satisfy that mid-afternoon snack craving.
Ingredients (Makes ~20 bites):

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup rice krispies

1 cup almond butter

1 cup ground flaxseed

1 cup cacao nibs

⅔ cup honey or agave

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp SayGhee Original Ghee (melted slightly)
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, rice krispies, flaxseed, and cacao nibs.

In a separate small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), gently warm the almond butter, SayGhee, honey/agave, and vanilla until smooth and easy to stir.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined and sticky.

Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1–2 tablespoons each).
