Ghee-Drizzled Ice Cream

An indulgent, Ayurveda-inspired twist on a classic — creamy vanilla ice cream topped with warm, golden SayGhee and crunchy nuts.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 scoops high-quality vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp SayGhee Original Ghee (or SayGhee Garlic Ghee for a bold savory edge)
  • Nuts of your choice (pistachios, almonds, walnuts, or cashews), roughly chopped

 

Instructions:

  1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a chilled bowl.
  2. In a small pan, gently warm 1 tbsp SayGhee over low heat until fully melted and aromatic.
  3. Drizzle warm ghee generously over the ice cream.
  4. Top with chopped nuts for added texture and crunch.
  5. Serve immediately and savor the sweet-salty, rich-spiced magic.
