Spicy Ghee & Sun-Dried Tomato Chili Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Say Ghee Spicy (or Original + chili flakes)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or labneh
  • 1 small roasted red pepper (jarred works)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1–2 tsp Calabrian chili paste or harissa
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

 

Toppings:

  • Drizzle of Say Ghee Spicy
  • Crushed red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper
  • Chopped parsley or microgreens

 

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust: add lemon juice for brightness, chili paste for more heat.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and top with warm ghee, pepper flakes, and herbs.
  4. Serve with warm focaccia or crusty bread.

Pro Tip: Use leftovers as a sandwich spread, burger topper, or pasta sauce base.
