Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Say Ghee Spicy (or Original + chili flakes)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or labneh
- 1 small roasted red pepper (jarred works)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1–2 tsp Calabrian chili paste or harissa
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Toppings:
- Drizzle of Say Ghee Spicy
- Crushed red pepper flakes or Aleppo pepper
- Chopped parsley or microgreens
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: add lemon juice for brightness, chili paste for more heat.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with warm ghee, pepper flakes, and herbs.
- Serve with warm focaccia or crusty bread.
